Press ceramic cap on metal root inlays

Beneficial alternative to zirconium post & core. The aesthetic of the tooth is starting from the supporting tooth. For achieving good results in production of all-ceramic crown we need to collect all information about teeth, starting from the roots, also the shade of prepared tooth and quality of filling materials. For all-ceramic crowns is necessary to choose color-covering material, to prevent dusky effect on the crown. Not always all restored teeth have identical color. Natural teeth sometimes are darker, lighter, some are restored with composite, some have metal post & core. Good aesthetic color results we can get from zirconium post & cores, but they have also minuses. Not always roots are enough prepared for inserting zirconium post & core. Root-canal for zirconium post & core must be wide enough. It ensures the strength and endurance of the product. An alternative opportunity for patient is metal post & core. This product is very solid, but not aesthetically beautiful.

Our laboratory offer all-ceramic cap, directly pressed on metal post & core made from Ivoclar Vivadent material IPS InLine PoM(Press-on-Metal). Root part -  metal (CoCr alloy), crown part – light, all-ceramic cap in suitable shade. This method is based on scientifically proved researches about press-ceramic strength and interaction with CoCr. Dentist still have some correction options for root and crown parts without sacrificing material properties.

We have two lines of artificial toth. You can choose more suitable according to esthetical requirements of your patient. Artificial tooth are made from high quality polymer, they are less abrasive, lifelike and easy to handle. Teeth are available in different shapes and colors. 

Partial Denture - simple type of acrylic denture.

Useful as quick-made and inexpensive temporary denture. During the fabrication of permanent denture it provides chewing functions and enough aesthetic. Dissected tooth stays harmless and healing of soft tissues is more relieved.

Crown

We produce two types of crowns '"monolithic" or "casted" and "with layering".

"Monolithic" crowns are made from one type of material, in one piece: composite, zirconium oxide, metal, precious alloy, hybrid ceramic.

Zirconium oxide and hybrid ceramic "monolithic" crowns are milled from the zirconium, hybrid or lithium disilicate glass ceramic blocks using CAD/CAM technology on our high-standard 5-axe milling machine. "Casted" crowns first are designed in wax and then casted from metal or precious alloy.

"Monolithic" crown is a secure, resistant and convincing solution.

Crown "with layering" can achieve lifelike, aesthetic results reproducing the color and shape specifics of natural tooth.

Frame for crowns "with layering" can be made from metal (CrCo), precious alloy, zirconium oxide, lithium disilicate glass-ceramic (e.max Press). Then layering and characterization of frameworks can be done with composite or ceramic.

It is handmade.

We produce crowns, bridges, dentures on different kind of implants, but we can handle nearly all kind of implants on the market.

Also we offer CAD/CAM solutions on implants. Filigree digital design and higher accurasy digital milling guarantee optimal result and safe construction.

Individual (custom) abutments are available in zirconium oxide, hybrid-ceramic, metal and can be more predictably designed to re-create the desired supporting crown orientation and morphology. They offer natural emergence anatomy; proper spatial design at the cervical margin, sufficient occlusal reduction; and proper axial angulation for ideal design.

Experienced technicians help you choose the right combination of implant parts, abutments and final restorations for best possible result.

Bridge

Non-removeble works

Bridge is clinically proven art of prosthetics, reliable and pressure resistant.

We produce bridges on implants and natural teeth.

There are "monolithic" or "casted" bridges and "with layering".

"Monolithic" bridges are milled according CAD/CAM technology from zirconium oxide or PMMA blanks in our 5-axe milling mashine.

Bridges "with layering" have a frame from metal, or precious alloy, or zirconium oxide. frame can be layered with different types of ceramics.

"Casted" bridges are cast from CrCo or precious alloy. They are long-serving and less expensive.

Inlay, Onlay

Non-removeble works

Onlays and inlays are an optimal alternative to fillings. It is a good, long-serving solution to remove little defects of the teeth.

We produce precise high-quality onlays and inlays from alloys, feldspar ceramic, hybrid ceramic, composite and lithium disilicate glass-ceramic (e.max Press).

Post & Core

Non-removeble works

Our post & cores we fabricate from CrCo, Au and mill from zirconium oxide.

We also offer to cover metal post & cores with opaque, in case when after a full-ceramic restoration is planned.

Beneficial alternative to zirconium post & cores are CrCo post & cores with Press-on-Metal covering caps.

Veneers

Non-removeble works

Our thin, translucent and filigree veneers can hide teeny shape and color defects of the tooth-surface.

It`s hard to discern a veneer from natural tooth, because of individually selected shade. This kind of restoration is perfect for optimizing of shape, function and aesthetic in front teeth areas.

We produce veneers from lithium disilicate (e.max Press), feldspar ceramic, and composite.

Non-Prep-Veneers - very thin veneers (0.3mm). Placing them doesn`t necessarily have to require any tooth preparation. they are suitable only if minimal size and color changes are needed. It is handmade.

Cast Partial Denture(CPD)- simple and advantageous solution.

In cases when there are no indications for non-removable denture, like bridge - CPD it`s what you need. 

The denture is attached with clasps to neighboring teeth and fill out the toothless area.

You can choose the best convenient and aesthetic construction of CPD for your patient.
